Deinstallation of the distributed system "Integrated Server Monitoring" (Linux 64 bit)

The background processes can be terminated with the normal SIGTERM signal: kill [-15] <pid>, there is no need
for extra stop routines. After that you delete the subdirectory "monitor" recursively (rm -r monitor).
